m// Ive recently updated the logo/identity of fashion designer ELISABETH BANG of SOI as well as designed a simple website with blog attached (programmed by STUDIO WARHOLM HAUGEN)as well as a folio catalogue. I have also created a new logo for her previous businesspartner KEVIN AZZOPARDI, based on the SOI logo. they are both now focusing on solo project rather than SUM OF ITSELF.

m// sometimes i come across amazingly clever work and I feel a mix of excitement and jealousy. the work of VIENNA based designer ALBERT EXERGIAN does work like this. his poster interpretations of famous TV SHOWS are just fantastic. I would like to have some of these posters on my wall. they remind me a lot of the work by MULLER-BROCKMANN. love!

winter came early /

m// trying to settle home in NORWAY takes time... Ive finally got my computer now, so i have big plans for more posting in the near future....yesterday i woke up and the city was covered in a white blanket. winter came early! as Ive lived in AUSTRALIA for the last 7 years and mainly been home for summer, I havent seen snow in ages. I felt like a little kid at first, but then i was quickly reminded of the uncomfortable cold and wetness that follows. oh well, its better than rain and wind. Ive posted some photos here of the first snow...the shoes are old traditional norwegian shoes called NESNA LOBBER and the mittens are called SELBU VOTTER. and last but not least, we have a new posting companion, VELKOMMEN TESSA!

m// Sorry for the long silence of late. I have made the very hard decision of moving home to my county of Norway indefinitely, and naturally this has brought a lot of preparations and emotions along. I hope to be back to blogging shortly...

l// safely home from our adventures in Northern Ireland with bellies full of fifteen, (a lovely sweet treat with fifteen ingredients) heads full of new knowledge, (to do with the conflict between English Irish (Protestants) and Irish English (Catholics)), and legs full of scabs (fell over at the giants causeway and ripped my knee open). The only thing I would change would be to have had a belly full of fourteens.... does anybody like glazed cherries?!!!
